    3. Do you provide delivery?
    • We provide delivery at a fee for minimal order depends on location in Malaysia for the frozen food you order. Feel free to visit our warehouse to make direct purchase of frozen food and frozen seafood at Hai Seng Yek Frozen Food warehouse located at Kampung Acheh, Sitiawan.

    6. What is your frozen food cold storage warehouse operations hour?

    • Our Operation Hour : 
      Mon - Sat : 8am - 5pm 
      Sun : 9am - 5pm 
      Public Holiday : Closed / By Appointment

     

    7. What is your blast freezing?

    • Blast freezing is an industry standard in maintaining great freshness in seafood. It was a discovery of how seafood catch in north pole be kept at -40 Degree Celcius that permanently locked the seafood freshness within, and it was later deployed using technology of blast freezing machines. This technique has been widely used in fresh Tuna or Salmon that you get in high-end Sushi restaurants.

     

    8. What is your Cold Storage Warehouse Rental Service?

    • We offer cold storage warehouse rental service at affordable rates. We have a freezer with capacity of 1,000 metric tonnes, and industry forklift in a clean and dry environment. Contact us for more details on cold storage rental rates.
